APPROBATION AND HELP ON LINE
Buyers who wish to bid in person directly on our site must present themselves at the office in order to proceed with their registration.
NB: You must register online from a computer and not a cell phone or tablet. You can then bet with your cell phone or tablet.
The registration for an online buyer is done by following the steps described below.
N.B.: All people who wish to place an order online must fill out the authorization form.
1- From the home page, click on the red “Bid Online” button on the home page located to the right in the box of the sale in which you wish to participate.
2- At the top right of the page, find the “Sign up” button and fill in the form (name, address…) You will receive a confirmation email after this step.
3- Fill out the credit card deposit form, sign it and return it by email the following form:
4-Once the form is received by Encan Ouellette, your registration will be approved. You will receive a confirmation email after this step.
5- Log in with your username and password. Select the sale you wish to participate in by clicking on the sale.
6- Click on the button on the right, in the “Request access” box. Check the box to accept the terms and conditions of the saleYou will receive an email when your request is accepted.
7- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and check the box to accept the terms and conditions of the sale. Click on the “Submit my application” button. You will then receive an email confirming acceptance of your application.
8- Now you are ready!
9-The day of the sale, log in with your user name and password. Select the auction you have registered for and click “Enter Auction”. Re-enter your username and password and accept the terms and conditions by checking the box provided.
